A rack of Rendezvous ribs from our hunting friends gift, mashed potatoes, baked beans, tossed salad.

Traded some Buck n doe cheese dogs for some Bonds cheese and jalapeño dogs. Bonds are supposed to have a bunch of pork added Gotta say these are pretty darn good. Had to settle for some whole grain bread as out of hot dog rolls

Yes. Every thing arrives fully smoked/grilled and on ice. Comes with sauce and dry rub just  heat and serve

Mehhh, it wasn't my favorite . Thats one recipe that won't make it in "the book" my wife and i used to cook together a bunch before the baby , we're trying to get back into it now that he is becoming more independent . There was a lot of spices that i've never heard of but the 2 flavors that stood out was the coconut milk and the salmon.

Mr. 505

He was unique tasting. Had a very faint (maybe imagined on my part) hint of antelope smell in the taste finish. All in all nice and healthy and fairly tasty meal!

Had Venison Stew last night ..... YUM !

I made a huge pot of Minestrone Soup today ..what doesn't it have in it..fresh herbs,yellow and zucchini summer squash,butternut squash, carrots ,our canned tomatoes  diced red potatoes, chopped collard greens ,cabbage,cauliflower,broccoli,roasted red peppers and sauteed onion ,garlic and yellow peppers,pasta,cannellini beans,lentils with a nice crusty bread and fresh shaved Parmesan cheese

Oh ya We have a sparkling red wine that Mr.B likes. So we will have some of that...I like the The Olive Garden house white wine I buy...

Appetizers  to start: venison soppresata,  sweet peppers, olives, and parmesan reggiano cheese washed down with Tennessee honey on the rocks. Main course is in the oven, Chateaubriand, fried eggplant and twice baked potato.

Daughter has a Dr. appointment at 7:30 tonight and the best pizza in the area is right next to the hospital so it will be Brozetti's pizza tonight. I'm starving but will have to wait until after the appointment. Ill try to remember and take a pic to post.
