2012_taco Posted April 9, 2016 Share Posted April 9, 2016 Sorry no pics but I cleaned out he fridge last night and ended up taking a baked potato, cutting it up skin and all, some butter, pulled pork, peppercorn ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and some dino bbq sauce. Used this recipe https://www.brokenarrowranch.com/Recipes/VenisonOssoBuco.htm I cooked it in the oven for about a little over two hours. I think it could have used another 20-30 minutes but WOW!!!! served it over cheesy polenta and already looking forward to getting more shanks for the freezer!
