DirtTime
He's got the money. Money = God in our hedonistic world. That's not religious comment either. It's just the way it is. I am on a very fixed budget, but I donate any money I can to help preserve hunting and our right to bear arms. I am not on welfare, I have a back, hip and nerve disability, so money is tight. Money wins the fight. Maybe some should drop a few bucks to the people they want in office campaigns. Instead of paying $2000 for glass, or the latest Smart Phone, spend $1000 and donate the other $1000 to the NRA or other organizations trying to help out. Voting isn't enough. Sorry, again this is just my personal opinion, and not meant to cause an argument!
two 10s
It's a shame less then 50% of people vote though. And I agree, join the NRA and donate as well.

malesi1
Real problem is New York City....It will only happen in my dreams, but if we could succeed and become the 51st state things may change....Sad to say, until then, we have to suck it up, or move.
CvaBob
I voted even though I'm moving to Ga next year.
Kennyd
Only partly true. The real problem is us...the gun owners. IF we all got out and voted for Asterino, the election would have been different. Ask your club members if they got out and voted.
bkln
There is about 700,000 hunters in NY, assume they all voted for Astorino. In NYC one borough of Brooklyn has 2.6 million people, assume only half of them voted for Cuomo.... there you have it gents, its NYC problem and numbers game, I think we will get BOHICA once more..... eagle rider
All the returns are in? It wouldn't surprise me that he did. The idiots in the city who benefit from his liberal BS will vote him in.

Five Seasons
I hate to ever say never, but if some of you thought there was hope you were blind. And while guns are important to a lot of us, they fall down on the list of important issue for most. Astir ink didn't even have guns in his campaign.
