adkhunter71
Has anyone ever seen a growth like this on this doe's face? If so, any idea what it might be? Edited September 29, 2015 by adkhunter71

Thanks.....Even though they say that it doesn't affect the meat, if I see the doe version of Cindy Crawford, I think that I will pass...never thought I would pass on Cindy Crawford, but in this case I will.
WNYBuckHunter
Why? Its localized to the skin, and will fall off, probably before you even see her. Youll likely not know it if you kill her.

WNYBuckHunter
I'll push her your way, lol....there's just something about it that skeeves me out. Please do! She looks delicious! Seriously though, we see it alot on our farms, Once in a while they have them during bow season, but I have never seen them on a deer by the time gun rolls around.
mxsmitz201
I have a doe that I see often that has a bunch of those all over her body, and the other day I saw a nice 2.5 yr old buck that was absolutely covered with those growths. Ranged in size from really small to softball sized. That was pretty gross to see

G-Man
In a few months it will freeze off and you can shoot her then, if it bothers you that much

rick67
Had a young buck with one of those that must have been huge, right under his chin a while back. When I first seen it it was a flap of skin hanging down about 6-8" that would swing back and forth as he walked. We nicknamed him Flap. He disappeared two years later.
