Beauty. Now don't take this the wrong way but I don't know how big he really is: I say that with VERY LITTLE EXPERIENCE except for a bear hunt in Maine this summer. Everyone who shot a bear said, " I thought it was so much bigger" after recovering the it bear. My buddy "shot a monster" and when the guide found it he estimated it to be 150lbs. Real weight=105lbs! So even a guide of 20+ years overestimated by 1/3rd.

Apparently they shrink faster than George Constanza at a Hampton pool party!!!

Big Bear for sure.  I last week saw my first bear while on stand.  I always said I wouldn't shoot one.  Now that I saw one, I would definitely shoot.

However, few questions:  How to get out of woods?  Do you take to a processor, eat all the meat?  Take it to taxidermist and get what done; full mount is probably ridiculously expensive, rug, etc.  Guys that have some insight or experiences let me know what you did.

Thanks!
