Best representation of an IPA with Galaxy hops.  Pours a perfectly hazy tangerine color with a white creamy head.  You get a smoothie-like mouthfeel with just the right amount of bitterness on the backend.  7.8% ABV from Hill Farmstead. :drinks:

Lol.  Im in Florida now and I always see them but never said anything.  I guess i gotta try them 

 

 

on a side note i was at 3 sons brewery for a soft opening friday.  I had a banging ipa. Cool ambience they got going on.

Impressive group of barrel-aged stouts from that brewer.  I need to try some of those!

I really wasn't sure what to expect with this one.  Hazy, dark orange color with a medium foamy head.  You get that familiar EQ juice thing up front, but it quickly gives way to a drier, piney and bitter taste on the backend.  Your sweet flower has a dark side too!  I'm down with that. :drinks:
