Brewed a kolsch style in May and bottled it a couple of weeks ago. Not bad but don't love it. This is my first time making it. For some reason it's a little fruitier than should be. Oh well, still decent and I will enjoy it, especially when it's hot.

When I was finished bottling, I made the mistake of holding the cardboard six pack by the handle and trying to put it on the shelf. The bottom broke and the bottles hit my carboy and shattered it. $45 mistake, oops. out2f348f553aee2039aef68f0cd326848a.jpg&key=c44ff34a127ca1ce2894dee8eb3b331899231f6a45fca440a8b0b4822393430cb43b53ab8768948e119bce8c0e0610a0.jpg&key=ce055d95dca45936b699bd133e0949e89ec36ae855697cfc2953fcf7e54dfe8f

I know a young guy who lives in Hungary and works here during the summer. He brought me an IPA from his country. Central European ipas are getting better, tried some a few years back and it was all bitter, no taste. This one was bitter with some fruitiness. 6531d5018bce7404219c62038f443bc4.jpg

I don't think I've seen these for sale. I know the local pub wants $10 for a pint of it though. I hear it's pretty delicious, I'll have to track some down.

I’ve been looking for sip of sunshine. Struck out both times I went to consumers beverages

My local grocery store Hegedeons has it, when ever it’s delivered in the area, and Wegmans gets it when it comes in as well . Last time I got it a Wegmans, but it was not out front but in the walk in cooler, a stack of it on the floor .

It lasts in Hegedeons for several days or a week , but I’ve seen it sell, out in Wegmans faster .

Honestly I prefer Three Heads Suspended Particle better , but I do grab some SOS, when I see it .
