noahmstone Posted May 11, 2016 Share Posted May 11, 2016 It actually had a good flavor. You could taste the smokeyness but it wasn't overpowering. Which was what I was going for. The first batch turned out dryer than I would have liked but I was building an evaporator as I was cooking. I didn't think I did to bad for my second smoke. Bill's Pulled pork and brisket is the best next to my own of course. Is it true he is going to open a permanent place,not just the seasonal place he's been using?
