The_Real_Tcll taught me this method. I'll never do it the "pulling" way again. Our fingers were cramped for days,lol. Now it just falls off the bone, stir with a wooden spoon and it falls apart. Used to put in oven for awhile in between the smoker and crockpot. I've skipped this stage lately. Trimmed extra fat off shoulder/butt, used coffee based rub, throw on smoker for about 4 hours and then crockpot. Easy Peasy. Counting down the 2 hours til I'm outta work and home and eating it.

Pork stuffed onions!2lbs ground pork 3 gloves garlic 2 onions chopped 3'4 cup bread crumbs 2 eggs.mix like a meat loaf and fill onions wrap with bacon and cook for twenty/20 minutes

If your making this right now I expect some pictures. I love creative ideas for the smoker
