First card pulls of the new antler growing season!!!

 

I am very happy to see this guy (aka Wannabe) still alive. The last pics I got of him were just before daylight on 12/13 (which was the final day of regular gun season) and he never showed up during post season like he has every other year. He is now a 5 year old...been watching since the summer of '12 when he was a yearling 8-pt. My fingers are crossed that he will add some inches after the mild winter and break 140 this year. We'll see in about 7-8 weeks...

This guy almost fooled me, but I recognized him after taking a closer look at the pics. I saw him several times post season still wearing antlers into late february. He is a 4 year old...while he doesn't appear to have the best genetics, he has a lot of character and I can't wait to see what he looks like in August!!!

The protein is a flowing and the racks are a growing.  Nice pics from the Covert. Seems use to the cams. No noise, natural poses.

nice bucks that first one is got a pretty large frame in looks like.  has to be a heavy deer pushing 200lbs come early fall.

Nice!! I love watching them grow! I pulled a card today and was surprised by a big ol bear strolling by! Have a few bucks too and a fawn!
