Certainly worthy  of a bullet...........

They dont hurt the deer. No reason to shoot the deer out of "mercy".

I'd want somebody to shoot me, if I looked like that...

Damn....Wait a minute....

I just looked in the mirror.....Never mind.... ??? .....

That looks like an extreme case. Think I'd pop that one just to decrease the chance of that ugly trait spreading to the rest of the herd if by chance it's hereditary.

I did get this one 2 years ago and saw a buck over summer that had some good growth beginning to cover his eyes and face. Not nearly as severe as that though.

BTW- no meat wasted, only skin deep

See antler.. you do understand..so is that what you recomend for deer with that disease...shoot on sight?

and where would you get that out of anything said on this thread?... you really need to lay of the weed man!

Several years ago I shot a buck that had several of those tumors on it- one hanging off of its r eyelid the size of an apple! very unappetizing, but on skinning they are totally confined to the skin- as has been mentioned previously. The first deer pictures is diseased enough with them I wouldnt say they were harmless...theyre growth will sap the body, and when they get that clustered around the eyes, nose , mouth etc. they certainly can harm it.
