Haha...I get it, doesn't look very appetizing but I can assure you it was delicious,  assuming that is you like liver. Had some left over from the night prior added an egg , instant breakfast.

Gotta have a good breakfast on the weekends. Spinach and cheese omelette with foothills moonshine sausage. Yesterday went out for breakfast and had a Utica greens omelette (no pics).
