Fried (and broken damnit!) eggs over grandma’s breadcrumb “cutlet” - whenever she made chicken cutlets or fried eggplant (that’s what I did for later) she would always have extra breadcrumb to sop up the eggs -add some grated Parma and fry

Meant to post this 8/22 it's farm fresh scrambled eggs with farm fresh duck eggs over well. Meant for over easy but got distracted. All cooked in one of my cast iron skillets well except the toast. That was cooked in my toaster

I blame Taco for another great breakfast post that I had to make.  Breakfast bake with sweet potatoes, smoked sausage, spinach, cheese and eggs.  Yum.
