With in a few minutes of 550, but remember in the spring season you can shoot a half hour before sunrise.

So if you can look it up like any one else why would you pose the question to begin with? Sounds like you were attempting to start something with out knowing the regs to me. In the end it makes you look silly.

And also sunrise varries across the state so it may have been one time for you and another for some one else.  :

All I know is that the poor boy in the picture looks a little bleary eyed, so 5:50AM was probably way too early for him to be out of bed!!  LOL
