Deer Selfie Challenge

Since people are actually participating and to avoid mucking up the live from the woods thread, I figured I would start a thread just for this:

Rules for the selfie challenge:

1.   Your face and head of A LIVE deer must be in photo;

2. Doe gets 3pts, small buck 5pts;  big buck 8pts;

3.   Ends at close of ML;

4.  For Biz (who is scared of heights), bonus point for ground selfies that meet above criteria.

5.  Must be fair chase selfies.

Has to be a live animal, but a live bear we will add at 15pts!

And Biz, big buck is defined as anything the committee, in its sole and absolute discretion, decides deserves 8pts.  Meaning you will not get 8pts even if you get a selfie with a booner.

Are there bonus points for getting a selfie, BEFORE killing the deer??  .........grin

Not sure I'll be entering this contest though. As my freezer is empty, I'm switching to crossbow this weekend, and anything within selfie range will be shot, before said selfie!!!!

Absolutely Dave - add 2pts if you get a selfie with a live deer and then kill that same deer.  This will be tough to prove for doe so we ask that people swear a vow of honestly and integrity to earn this extra 2pts.  I will prepare a written acknowledgment of honesty for signature - kind of like the crossbow certification.

I just wanted to add that I find this entire idea absolutely ridiculous which makes it the most hilarious thing I've seen in a while. I hope to participate this weekend. 

Are there bonus points for a selfie with your child and a deer?

What about bonus points for animals that arnt super common to come across like a coon or turkey ,obviously no limb rats or little birds.

That would be absolute chaos and we prefer order around here.  Who knows, I guess we throw it to the committee and see what "they" say when its posted.
