Set up on a small pond on the middle of the downwind 1/3 of a 30 acre standing cornfield. Wish I had been smart enough to get in here during bow season.

Been in the stand since 6. Nothing yet but a couple tree rats running around. A few raindrops and a little windy. I'm guessing they're moving today though because I'm hearing a lot more shooting than yesterday. First shot heard at 6:45.

Windy...some shots but not a ton. Maybe 15. Shot a doe yesterday midday. Everything changes now...bow season went by too fast.

Slow day today but it all can change in a second. Sun feels great and the wind died down. I think it might be nap time. 5 shot so far and the first one was at 613. Don't know what they where shooting At. Maybe the boogy monster.
