Wait, I thought you said that we were first? Can you ever just admit that you might have made a mistake and leave it at that? I think you misinterpret this.  Trump banned all flights from coming in from China, yes, but the patients zeros that entered the US flew in from Europe.  They were infected with a different strain.

first safest  one  is what matters . 

china and Russia  are  great with human rights to so we can definitely  trust there vaccine  with out FDA approval lol

Although I agree that our FDA sets the bar for safety and an example to the world - is your entire method of arguing to make fun of what other people think, without providing any substantiating evidence to the contrary? As much as this has been amusing, I must recuse myself - my status as a thinking human being precludes further wasting of time.

I just don’t get why we waited for the vaccine and than open up before everyone that wants it has a chance to get it. 14 days to stop the spread in March was round one we are at round what round 50 and are going to throw in the towel when we may finally have the chance to win the fight.

it will be well over three months,probably closer to six before most are vaccinated and immune.

I agree, but thinks it odd to open it now not month ago like some other political leaders had stated. Alot of businesses have already killed in the last 9 months of shutdowns whats 3 more at this point. At least we would be better off if only 30 to 60 percent were vaccinated or immune if we waited 3 more months. Or we should have never closed as these businesses were screwed out of business for no reason if we just throw in the towel and open now The covid result seem to be the same just months later but with a economy put in the dumpster.

I dont necessarily agree with that approach,but what are the options? My wife works at a hospital and they shut down all elective procedures in march and april. They had 5 cases then. Now they have over 30 and are running out of supplies but are continuing with business as usual. I guess they know exactly what a shutdown costs now.
