No sarcasm intended...It is just that as an old country boy, I assumed that EVERYONE knew that pigeons are fair game anytime... Great fun to shoot...They are NOT easy targets..fast and very maneuverable... Easy to clean..Just open the skin on the breast and cut the breast away..Takes maybe 30 seconds per bird.. The adults can be a bit tough, but slow moist cooking methods make them very tender...
