Probably mastitis.  That's more likely than tumor.  That is massive though, and shes in rough shape.

We have a lot of coyotes Im surprised she has made it this long...

If she happens to come by I will take her out,,, I really don’t care to know whats inside..

I shot a doe about 5 years ago with the same thing.  So sick it didn't move with a 30-30 hole through her.  It was all torn up from berry briars and puss oozing.  She was so sick.  Nasty

This is my guess as well. Happens when one or more milk ducts get clogged while she is lactating.
