crappyice
Looks lean to me in the legs....2.5? No belly sag but his neck looks pretty good but that may be a result of the posture at time of pic.As I just reread my post, that should not help you at all!!! When’s the antler reveal?!?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Kmartinson
2.5 max. Thin and fit. Genetics and food play a major role. Could even be 1.
moog5050
1.5 or maybe 2.5 but he is pretty lean with long legs.
Lomax
Based on the size and width of the thumb still has the nail and doesn’t look arthritic I would guess late 40s 1

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Actually you are right on the money. I will add some clarification to your post. His legs and rear quarters are a little thin , but the front quarters are very muscular. and his chest is good size. 11/2 year olds dont get those rippled neck muscles or the thickness this buck has. He does not have that youngster look on his face or his eyes. He looks like a very mature 2 1/2 year getting that square headed profile. I have gotten a lot of nice bucks on trail cam over the last three years but they are really nocturnal down here my brother shot a big bodied 7 point the first year and I got a big bodied 6 point last year off my 20 acres. If it was the two weeks I get to stay at our house up in 9j I would shoot him for sure. I was convincing myself he was older to justify shooting him but I think we will try for the fatter 8 or see if something comes along that is better.

dbHunterNY
Honestly to me the first buck seems 3.5 yrs old. Light ass end and heavier in the front. Legs at 3.5 wont look short but just right or a touch long as he hasn't filled out in depth of body in the rear. 1.5 would have no muscle development. 2.5 is closer but still not that race horse look.Second buck seems older and filled out more despite smaller rack. I'm late to the party and reveal I know.Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Pygmy
Down here in Dogpatch, that buck would be 2.5 all day long, or possibly 3.5.. !.5 ?? No stinkin' way.......
