Campfire 2021.

Our first campfire of the yr.  Looking forward to many more.

There was a 2' length of 12/2 wire in the bottom of the pit.  Added a nice blue flame.

Wanted to have one tonight,  but I ran out of dry wood last week.  Cut down a dead ash and cleaned up a huge maple leader at a client's property this week. Need to split and stack. Should be burnable in a few weeks.  

Enjoying others campfires through this site.

Just got ours done today. Ive been going all day outside and now I’m bushed so no fire tonight but at least she’s ready to burn

My firebug son was at it again tonight with his buddies . He even invited the Pokemon Fire Dragon over to help burn up the woodpile faster.

Birthday campfire #2 for my daughter

Neighbors are having a raging bonfire complete with a DJ. it’s a loving memory of his wife who just died of cancer at 39-40 years old. I graduated with her in 1999. She leaves behind twin daughters.

One of the guests came over to make sure they where not bothering us and I said absolutely not! Carry on into the night and don’t worry about making any noise.

Absolutely heartbreaking as I sit here with my family.
