  15. Many uses....It prevents damage to the barrel when you lean it on the truck, toothpick holder, some have a fingernail file, mud retainer, keeps the gun from twisting in a vise and spinning when in a safe, gun case zipper snagger, rain drop catcher, allows u to set gun flat upside down for cleaning...and last but not least. 21. I think your still failing miserably to see my point. If you think I'm not aware of the reasons coyote and any animal/bird/fish etc hunts, you must have me confused for somebody else. Do you think deer hunting is easy for humans ? How about turkey hunting... Easy ? No, Exactly. Now hunting something that hunts those difficult to kill game animals is a mighty challenge. I like challenges. I like to coyote hunt cause they are challenging and very hard to kill consistently. So I like to hunt coyotes, who also hunt similar game as I do, because I know how educated they are in the woods and I know it will be difficult to kill them, thus a personal reward when one falls to my weapon. I also like accomplishing goals. It's always a goal for me to connect on an "apex" predator, especially since we are on a similar level on the food chain, so to speak. Are you picking up what I'm putting down ? Do you have a shovel ? Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  22. Bought 2 wildgame at tractor supply for 23$ each. They are out now taking pretty good pics. That brings my cam total to about 10 with dad's few I think I have enough... For now. I'm still a fan of the Bushnell but would consider a Spartan cell cam depending on the price of the Bushnell. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  23. I had one that was broke and considered the fix but decided against it, but that buck I would have 100% put that drop tine back on !!! Nice work too,it's Def and art with the paintbrush making them look perfect Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  24. Def a shame. Great local-ish brand. Asuch as I hate to admit it, even the staple 870 seems to have lost quality over the last 20 years. I know mine (22 yrs old) came with a wood stock that barely lasted for 5 years. I ended up putting on a syn kit. They still make some quality rigs but with models like the 783 to compete with some savages and TC they really dropped the ball. Entry level rifles and guns will always be popular, and a money maker for a gun manufacturer. I think if rem stuck to their guns (get it??) and put a quality action on that gun they could have sold alot more. I also think that cutting costs on higher end like the 700's or even the 870 was a bad move. They should know that they have/had a name and if the competition was a few dollars less they still would have sold guns to plenty of guys after the name / quality. It's too bad, it's been a tradition to get a new 870 at the start of your hunting career and I'm not sure my son will be getting one. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
