The meat is good, make sure its cooked properly and thoroughly. And, I hope you gutted it right away, that fur really insulates and it should be dressed ASAP. I know what you mean, I get to the GWB and I start feeling sick, lol

From quotes i saw online, that price is not bad... But like u said, its a once in a life time kinda thing. Other bears you can maybe just do a skull mount and tan the hide!
