Planted 300 White Spruce from Saratoga Nursery back in 2007. About 250 made it. We planted a small area of 11 trees. I let my daughter do that. We call it Michaela's forest. They are growing real nice! So is she 19 and in college!!! lol

That's pretty cool. I live in Huntington and see them all the time by me. More wooded than the village.

Charbroil is pretty good.

It was a good weekend. We ended up in second place. Let one slip by today up 1-0 through 3/4 of game and got called for a bad foul by the 18. They scored on the kick and then scored again with 5 minutes left. Virginia is in just about full bloom.

Daughter has a soccer tournament. Jefferson showcase for colleges. She plays in the ECNL league pretty much top line for the country. I enjoy these weekend to bond just the two of us. People call her my mini me. I have three more years of this then off to college, I'll take what I can get!

OMG they just filled up my 100 gal tank. What should I expect the bill to be? Here on the Island my ex pays $3.89/gal for oil. I pay cash for my rentals and have been getting it for $2.19/gal. Crazy business!

Trail doesn't go through my property. Power lines do and they like to shoot up across my place and over the next hill. That stand was real close to the power lines.

So I'm up at the cabin and started to shed hunt. Went to the corner of the property to start. We have an old ladder stand there about 30 yrds off of property line. Real friendly with the neighbors that border me there. My neighbor said he saw the stand about a month ago. Now it is missing. First one in twelve years! My neighbor does lease his property to 4 hunters from out of town. They are up for a week and then don't return so I don't think it was them. My guess is snowmobilers. A club has groomed trails that go past my place. Last year they took metal posted signs from me and my neighbor. I was told a few times they cut up from trail and ride my power lines. The power lines go right past the tree stand. There was enough snow to ride in the last month or so. You guys think I should make a call to the club? I'm leaning towards doing it.

While shed hunting at the cabin I kicked up at least 10 birds in a 2 hour span. This is in 8P. Would of been some good shooting!

5 pt was my nieces first buck. My 7 pt is in the middle my nieces husband took the other 7 pt on the end. Very happy with the mounts and all three were done at same time. DJ's in Bath. His son Tyler mounted them.

Other than the frost heave issue its been a good 4 days. Boiled sap at my brother in laws yesterday. Found a shed, found a rub beneath my trail cam that didn't have a card in it!! lol next time. Picture of a bunch of deer across from the camp. I counted about 12 a week ago my neighbor said there were 40 plus! Picking up 3 deer mounts today at 1:00 I'll post picts later.

Dig the lines up and put gravel around them? How much deeper than the line should I go?

Thank you all for your input. What I saw today was two lines that connect to the main drain, toilet. They are pitched now the wrong way. Thus believing the cabin did not sink but the main drain line heaved. There is a lot of water behind cabin and also where the main line goes into the ground. I believe I have to put in some drainage to alleviate the problem. Please keep suggestions coming. Thank you all.

OK I'll check but in the corner is the hot water heater and pressure tank for well. That would of moved also. I'll check those things out. I guess the skirting should be compressed also another thing to look at. Thanks

What if the back side of the cabin was sinking? Jump ship? lol Half the cabin is on piers the other foundation. I don't know just throwing it out there.

It exits about 4 feet from where the toilet drain comes down. I might look into that rubber sleeve. Thanks
