I bought White Spruce seedlings from Saratoga nursery 13 years ago. Planted probably 300 about 250 made it. Some are over 12 foot tall now. Beautiful trees.

I own two adjoining parcels. One has mineral rights the other doesn't. During the height of the gas companies buying up all the rights in NY and PA I offered the previous owner $15,000 for the rights. He turned it down. As time went on the rights became worthless to me. Sure I would like to have them and would be willing to pay up to a grand for them just to join it back up with the parcel. What I found out about my property and the surrounding properties is that we sit on a huge aquifer. There is also protected wetlands on my property and neighbors. I had a lease with a wind company and in the end all the leases in my area were terminated because of these reasons. I was told NYS would never allow drilling in my area. For those reasons I sleep a little better at night. lol

Pain sucks so bad. I actually feel better after exercising it like Northcounrty said! This is my left elbow. I'm right handed. The only thing I can think of that is repetitive motion for my left arm is the bent position when I jog. I run everyday about 40 minutes. Maybe this motion is doing it?

So for the last few months I have severe pain in the outside bone and surrounding area of my elbow. At my yearly physical my Doctor called it Tennis Elbow. He put me on Diclofanac Sodium it helped a little bit but the pain and stiffness is still there. He told me to come in for a Cortisone shot if it persists. Anybody have any experience with this? I work out and can do most of my routine except for arm curls. Thanks, FL

I remember seeing the photo a year or two ago when I was a member of the ass filled Long Island Deer Hunting face book group. I could be wrong but I remember in the past a photo of two big bucks saying a new NYS record.

I believe this is old news from a year or two ago. Not farm deer just suburban that are easily targeted if you have the right few acres. Anything goes on LI you find all kinds of bait and stuff out there.

So sad......He did have a good life remember all those great memories. I lost my Mac a year ago on Dec 26th. I said I would wait a few years to get another dog. It took me two months. This day last year Oakley came home to us. I just couldn't wait. The days will get easier and he will always be close to your heart.

My Sister owned a house in Westchester that had a pretty decent pond that was river fed. A family of River Otters took home in it. They were super fun to watch but ate most of the fish and moved on.

I find it exciting. You my friend are an exception, never looking at your 401k. I envy that because the markets have been doing real well and your 401k should be right up there. I bought AMC with no problem today with Fidelity. My 16 year old daughter was intrigued with GME so we talked about what was going on and I said we would buy AMC at a low today. It's a casino bet but let it ride. See what happens but you have to be on top of it all day long.
