Sorry for the double post!

Now they want to stop shooting programs in school ! A new assembly bill ( A10428 ) that would prohibit marksmanship and/or shooting programs. This bill would put a stop to any training, rifle teams, trap teams & any discharge of firearms on school grounds. There is a poll on facebook asking if you support this bill or not. I guess it is time to contact your local Reps. again! I am against it myself! Jmo.

With no common sense!

Well now the Clarence, NY school officials want to melt down & destroy the high school rifle team's 22 cal. target rifles because they are not used anymore. Now that they use air rifles in competition they just sit on the shelf & take up space they claim. The team members say they should be sold or used for training up coming shooters. What a shame it would be to destroy these beautiful rifles. Another stupid idea! jmo.

We had utility poles for 25 yrs with no problem. until they got washed out last fall. Poles are still good but too short now so we have to rebuild & come up with something better/longer. We put a new deck on last summer & now 90% of that washed away in the high waters, dam! FYI Poles will work & last.

Shoot at a hair not the whole deer.

I like owl hooters & crow calls. The thing is with a crow call you may not hear the bird answer due to it being loud & the turkey may answer while you are using it. The owl call is softer & you can hear over it. I have also heard them answer to a car horn or door slamming.

I have a table like that everything I bought over the winter for turkey & fishing ready to use. I put it all on 1 table so I don't forget I bought it. lol

They say the old Baylo's bar in Buffalo had the best roast beef ever & it was great , but they say it was horse meat it was good! I have had woodchuck stew& roasted raccoon both were good but coon was a bit greasy, the woodchuck was like beef stew, not bad at all.

I say that explains the whole thing. Another down state stupid law.

I went pass the company this Am. & they had trucks lined up ready to pull out & go to work. Good luck hope you see them soon.

Had 2 nice toms & 2 jakes all strutting & chasing hens along with a few gobbles this Am. in the back yard. The one tom struts then he will get down like he is humping a hen but there is no hen under him does it about 2 mins. then goes right back into his strutting again. Have 17-22 birds when they are here.

I figure as long as I can get on stand & get to the deer with the atv to drag I will keep at it. I may be giving up the climbing tree stands & stick with the ladders.

For those that are all for it, we need to contact; Governor Cuomo @ 518-474-8390 Majority Leader John Flanagan @ 518-455-2071 & Speaker of the assembly Carl Heastie @ 518-455-3791 ASAP.. to ask them to keep the X-Bow language in the final budget plan. This needs to be done today.

Scooping them up looks like a good idea.

I was working a storm one time & was cutting a tree that was wrapped up in the wires & had a side pressure on it. I got 3/4 of the way thru the trunk & it let go. Well my foot stayed where it was, the tree hit my thigh & my knee moved about a foot to the right shattered my lower leg bones vertically. I had no cast DR. said they couldn't have put it back in place any better than it did on it's own even if they did surgery. But I could not put any pressure on it for 6 months was in wheel chair & crutches for 6 months to the day! Made for a long boring summer. I limped around the deer woods that Nov. & ended up shooting one of my biggest bucks ever. Lol, I saw that second clip happen many times with the sparking electric lines from guys that said "I know what I'm doing" , well that's good but it will cost you now!

Same one I had for the last 20 yrs. Plenty of pockets for shells & calls a seat that snaps on & off & a game bag to carry the turkey out & it only has 2-3 holes in it.

With over 20'000 federal & state gun laws already on the books, we don't need more. What we need is enforcement of the laws we already have along with a the justice system & judges to enforce them! Also the reporting & the government red tape needs to keep up with it!

I personally like the looks of the pretty one. I think the AR's look like a plumbers w/ dream. jmo
