    new cam seems to be working great! same P/N as the last one but this one is working well... i actually really like this cam. im thinking of taking it down to 3 meg to have a faster recovery time. maybe next year ill get another 1 or 2. im happy with it

    never tried it and until on here a few weeks ago i never even heard it... it has worked for you? i was going to go to the store and buy some buck urine and make a few mock scrapes. i think now is the time for mock scrapes if one is going to try it... from what i have been reading in all the mags.

    sometimes when time in the woods seems slow, i sometimes pick the bow up with a used broadhead and practice on them... i popped a few off at 20 yards i even had a 25 yarder, hit em good too. ive shot 3 squirles in one evening and shot a very mature doe not 30 - 45 minutes later. it was a fun night. i dont always shoot them wit h the bow but if theres a slight breeze and some loud squirels, i might just put one down...

    i read an article i think in this months feild and stream about a guy who shot a huge 180 class and he named the ghost buck

    im going in for an all dayer on Sat and going to try and convince the wife for a sunday morn hunt... im with you john on that feeling for this weekend. it might just be that weekend where some more of us get to punch the old tag and ill tell you what, im pumped!! got quite a few bucks showing up on the cam but mostly at night. im hoping this week is the week where these boys start coming out and showing there face in the day light.

    thats un real, thank god you spotted it and did not climb in! i can not believe the lengths some individuals would go.. its quite sad that not even your tree stand is safe not even from theft but from sabotage... horrible... glad you spotted it

    yeah that was a lot of blood on the house. that shot had to of been not 20 - 25 yrds. they didnt think about a pass though with a bow?

    i dont know about "THE" weekend but we are deff close to that time.. only one way to find out and thats get out there and put some time in. different places will produce different results. Wish you luck!! i have been watching deer movement every week here by me, should be entering a seeking phase soon and i hope to start seeing some big boys in the day. i have alot of buck on cam but not much in the day yet...

    Peter Fuduccia? lol saw him at a hunting fishing expo in the beginning of the year... i use the can all the time throughout the season with good luck using it. i hit a buck with it a few days ago on my hunt, he came in nose to the ground and walked right to the tree. i do not rely on it but i do love using it to try and get a deer in closer...
