As much as it hurt I had to run into dicks to get my dmp’s on my way back from leaving them a rather large present in the men’s room I came across this fella toting a hundred pounds of deer corn on his buggy. I long ago stopped giving a crap what other people do but I don’t know if it takes a huge set of nuts to do this or just a total lack of give a F*ck to walk through a store flaunting to everyone that you’re cheating. Haha, there’s a few fears I have in the woods of NY and bears ain’t one of them. I have been very close to bears a few times and every time they’ve never made me feel threatened. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

For reasonable distances it’s little concern if your bow is properly tuned. If your arrows are dancing out of the bow wind will play hell and there isn’t a way to adjust pot for it because it will be very inconsistent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You can tune the WB a little bit up or down to make small adjustments. It will be a at a little angle but that won’t bother anything. I don’t use Broadhead tuning and only worry about paper tuning. Broadhead tunings can drive you nuts! Once a bow is properly paper tuned I have yet to see one not shoot Broadhead and field points perfectly unless something is wrong with fletching or Broadhead. Who says the Rem 7400 isn't accurate..
Buckmaster7600 replied to Groundpatrol's topic in Guns and Rifles and Discussions
I agree, other than the gas tube it’s the same barrel and frame. All the pumps I have I only have a few that aren’t better than 2moa guns with a couple doing better than that. The biggest downfall with both the autos and pumps are the horrific triggers. That being said I have messed up a lot of groups from bad triggers but I don’t think I have ever missed or wounded a deer because of one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Who says the Rem 7400 isn't accurate..
Buckmaster7600 replied to Groundpatrol's topic in Guns and Rifles and Discussions
Accuracy is something that is a very broad term. One mans accurate is another mans junk. You say the gun is accurate and post a pic of two shots at least an inch from each other, that I’m going to assumed was shot at 50yds. I have a half dozen semi Remington’s throughout their models and other than one 750 in 308 none of them are what I would consider accurate rifles but all but one “7400 in 280” shoot well enough to kill deer the lemon is about a 6” gun at 100yds, the 308 model 750 is an absolute tack driver that shoots sub 1” 100yd groups with factory ammo. The bigger question is why the heck do you have the scope mounted so high?? With the straight comb on that stock there no way you’re getting any kind of cheek-weld with that scope mounted so high? Is that an AR mount? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I know there are some places with lotteries for deer but don’t know about the other species. I have never heard of a lottery for hogs, but there could be some places. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nope, you’re toting the dangling duo. I usually hand them from my rifle barrel when it’s slung. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Got your opening day spot picked out yet?
Buckmaster7600 replied to Robhuntandfish's topic in Bow Hunting
Yup, I’ll be on the beach with a cold mixed drink in my hand. I told the girlfriend we can have a little vacation before she’s single for a few months. I’ll get back in time for an evening sit on the second. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I use a pellet piston for my trap shots, it’s usually at night and no reason for anything more. Point blank the pellet gun does a fine job! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

have only shot maybe 10x’s since my shoulder surgery finally got the ok from the doc today. Hurts like hell only shot 4 shots but these were the first 2 at 25yds. The VA surgeon thinks they finally fixed my shoulder after the fourth surgery since 09. I seriously have my doubts, but I’m glad to finally be able to shoot a little more gonna keep my ranges short this year for hunting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That tree and all the others that look like it are very sick! Best thing to do with it is cut and split it all and bring it my place! Just kidding shag “rough” bark hickory, good trees to have around just don’t use a a climber in them! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

One was about 5 one was just over 3 two over 2 and one was about a mile and a half. I wasn’t playing with anything my point was that deer can get big bodies without agriculture or human contacts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

When I was a young kid “won’t name the age on a public forum” at deer camp up in the ADKS, there was “camp” tags any buck shot would get tagged and it didn’t matter. There was times when 3 or 4 bucks were killed on the same drive by one guy “kid.” These days that’s a thing if the past for this most part, back 10-15yrs ago people didn’t give a hoot who killed it they just wanted their deer for the year. I’m glad I grew up in that era because I leaned most of what I know about hunting the big woods back in those days. I had a few hunts where I was very lucky and shot some beautiful bucks! Terrible tragedy, I’m so Sorry for your loss, I’ve ran chainsaws since I was 9 or 10 and the one thing the old man always pounded in my head was to be afraid of every cut and be afraid of the saw! He’s been gone nearly two year and every cut I make I think of him yelling in my ear to be careful Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
