Good deal. I have low talley's on a rifle that originally had a 3x9 40 mm scope and clearance was fine. It depends on the scope design and ER also. U may need to tweak the mounting a bit.
Perhaps we need to study other states situations that have full inclusion regulations. How has it worked for them? Have all the deer been slaughtered? Are the woods full of slob hunters? All of the "what if" speculation is just that... speculation.
Some bows can be safely de-cocked without firing into a discharge target (or similar). Both of mine (Camx and Kodabow) are like that. You use the rope and basically (safely) by-pass the anti-dry fire mechanism.
Supposedly, there is some female game warden (in our area) that has often been described to me as a beotch. She may be the one to avoid. I think she lives on Forest Drive near where the old state nursery used to be.
I'm still working on storm debris clean-up and roof stabilization. The insurance adjuster is due tomorrow. Hopefully, I will be able to get up by the end of October. U guys make me jealous! LOL
