  1. You may need to join us up at our cabin for a little "sip"!
  2. When I was still using vertical bows, I used to run 70# until... one very cold morning (after sitting in the tree for 4 hours) a nice 8 point came by. I could not pull the damn bow back! From then on, I dropped back to 55# and all was better. Cold temps, heavy clothes, long sits, buck fever and old age do not go well with higher draw weights ... IMO!
  3. This ^^^. The owner may have no clue. Inform him and see how he reacts.
  4. I used to do all of my own archery stuff ... along with minor (only) gun work. I don't anymore due to arthritis, old age, low patience levels and short tempers! LOL.
  5. Ya think? What gave him away... the fence in the background or the trough? Just wondering' LOL
  6. That's the funniest thing I have heard all day! LOL
  7. FWIW to non-bug people... stink bugs eggs are laid in clusters on leaf surfaces. Many look like miniature beer kegs!!! LOL
  8. Gotta love those critters... all the way to the bank! LOL
  9. I solved the problem of star stupidity and overload... I quit watching all of those crap shows years ago. They are so far fetched from reality it is absurd.
  10. Last time I played I couldn't hit a bull in the butt with a handful of rice!
  11. I've never seen a piebald on our place. Very cool!
  12. R U a millennial yuppie? Just wonderin'
  13. I already did that... bought the Dakota 10 a couple of years ago!!!!
  14. U sure it's blow flies? They are attracted to decaying organic matter (like dead critters for example). U may actually have cluster flies. Additionally, the comments on mice and exclusion (of such) are well noted. Our cabin is very old and in need of some TLC. We started this spring, and hope to get some more done in early fall. The squirrels are actually the worst culprits. They literally chew through the wood exterior walls to get inside. Compounding the problem is that I live far away and don't get in there much. My sister occasionally goes in, but always brings her dog. No poisons allowed !!! LOL Bat rastards.
  15. Yes, U R entitled to an opinion. So am I. My opinion is that your opinion is nonsense!
  16. I like the hardware cloth idea!
  17. I like this but... the only thing I will be buying is a new roof! Thanks Irma!
