I agree. NYS is too far left, because of NYC. However, Andy is for more popular than those you mentioned. I shudder to think about what our country would become with Andy as president.

Took the dogs for a walk. Took down the rest of the Xmas lights. Cleaned the chicken coop. Was going to clean the shop, but I can do that when it's 0° outside.

Wow... Glad Ruger dodged that bullet. Pun intended. Stella is still in the clumsy puppy stage, even at 11 months. She jumps from the top step, only 3 steps, but still can't get the brain and legs to work together climbing them. Lol. She's getting better at it though. Don't think she seen a stair before we took her in.

I thought about it, but we'll be leaving NY in a few yrs. And I know what will happen. I'll start small, then go nuts and buy more and better stuff. Lol.

I've found vac sealed venison that was 4 yrs old. I started to cook it up for the dogs, but I looked and smelled great so I ate it. I did give the muts a little. It tasted good, but I could definitely tell it wasn't a yr or less old.

I've got two e-gift cards that are NFG. Seems they filed for chapter 11 and were sold in May of last yr, so any gift cards older than that are not being honored. I called CS, and they basically told me I'm SOL. Sucks, $80.00 down the drain. I usually don't wait this long to use em, but these two fell through the cracks. Hopefully no one else on here has been holding on to any. -

She's doing better. Not as many accidents inside, but still needs work there. The crate is our biggest issue. She won't go in it. I have to pick her up and place her in it. If she thinks it's crate time, she won't come near me, lol. She goes in in a couple times a day on her own, but only for a couple seconds, so I know she's not afraid of it.

This thread is my therapy. I can smell the wood fired Arch, the maple sap boiling down, and can see Mark smiling as he samples the finished product. Memories I will cherish forever. Ironically, a guy bought a place a down the road from my brother's house. He built a sugar house on the property. I visit his sugar house every year and remember the fantastic times mark and I had together.
