Honestly i didnt get the chewable pill this year because i was being cheap now it bit me in the a**. I will be from here on out.

Some chewable pill dont remember brand but can only get it from my vet. worked great last year buts its $50 a pill for my dogs since they are so big. But it kills all ticks and fleas for 6 months in 1 day we had no fleas left in the house or on them and never got a tick which we had alot last year.

I gave them the frontline drops. Told wife going to get the good stuff from the vet this week.

Well my dogs found some friends on their little hike they decided to take over the weekend. Came home from work and they are covered in ticks. Worst part is i just treated them two weeks ago. Picked what i could see off. But just a reminder check yourself, your kids and your pets. They are bad this year.

Trail mix, water bottle and usually a mtdew if i dont finish it on the way to where im hunting. Oh and my grandmas molasses cookies/ home made donuts i dont get them till opening day of gun.

Finally found dogs after being on the run for 5 hours. Getting dressed and running to a piece of stateland ive been waiting to hunt.

Pulled up to lease and medow across from it had 3 bucks and 4 does. So i had to take long way to my stand so i didnt jump them. That fields maybe 150yards from my stand. Made it to stand without bumping any and about 7- 715 they came past my stand could see the one bucks horns but couldnt tell which buck it was. But evercalm worked because they went down wind of me and never spooked. Then my all day sit ended because wife decided not to lock dogs up and now they are gone. Best part stood up to get out of stand and being livid pissed i had to leave didnt see deer coming in from about 80yards out.

Finishing getting gear on then off to the woods for the day.

Holy crap

Out all day tomorrow except for an hr drive between spots. But im hoping to have one down by 8. Havent released an arrow in 2 years and im so ready to let one fly. But latley ide be happy just seeing one. And my buddy shot an ugly 5 running up and down the ridge he was on this am. 3rd time through he couldnt take it anymore and took him at 20 yards. Guessing hot doe went through and the little guy couldnt figure out which way she went.

For me a full moon begining of the month means its game on for the next 3 weeks. Just from what ive seen and learned.
