thats one that i could actually hit too!

was watching the news and they looked at years where there was an early Nov snow and then an easy Dec - and all the data showed that the year still ended with the normal amount of snowfall. That means a lot of snow in a shorter period of time - blah. and yeah usually by now Buffalo has made the news at least once with a big lake effect total. Hope you dont get it but sure seems due. And next week is supposed to be a cold one.

Have seen some of you guys hunt Ontario for ducks. How do you setup for that? Are you hunting out of the boat and string out decoys? I on right on Oneida lake and the shorelines mostly have a lot of houses etc. Been working on a way to get a bit of duck hunting set up. I have a dozen decoys, a call and a shotgun so i got the basics - lol . But are you full camo over the boat? do you shore it and hunt from a shoreline? Also looking to maybe hunt in the erie canal a ways up away from houses but have to do some research on that too . thanks

That's the reason I didn't go to college there. I would never have made a morning class.

Wow big bow! Nice day
-
i bought some for the xbow for next year although so far every deer/yote i have shot with the xbow hasnt gone more than 70 yards. But still like to see that arrow hit better. I have had one miss with it and spent a while being sure of that, and a lighted nock sure wouldve been handy. I had to buy special ones to fit the capture nocks on my parker arrows. And now that they are out of business prob wont find them again.

I will have to ask my Mom if that was the place. I only went to Amish country once with them cause I was bored to death except at dinner time. Lol. Would be something if it was the same place. They used to go to an ox roast there every year too. And one of my Dads olde time meals was new potatoes, green beans, sausage in a milk butter broth. Damn fine meal.
