Trying the mission mbx 400 crossbow.back up will be my trusty 835 3.5in xx in 5shot.

I use the dream season boot,fits like a sneaker, canvas and lightweight. They will leak after a few years..I hit them with silicone but wears off so hit lower with flex seal 2 years ago no problems since 7 years old now.

Nice, a lot of work for sure but will be worth it when done.you should be proud.

I find it funny that everyone picks up a rifle when they are made legal (county by county) the death of shotgun hunting in nys for sure...lol but crossbow omg the world will end.. as for ohio, I personally know a lot of bow hunters from Ashtabula to north baltimore (findley) that bow hunt with compounds and guess what they also own crosbows.... my personal experiance after witnessing a perfect heart shot at 70 yards awith a pse compound,limitations are only set by terrain and practice .with bow or crossbow. crossbows are in general front heavy, and If canted on longer shots will result in misses same as a bow. Not every quarrel released is a kill shot crossbows do miss and deflect same as an arrow,most people I know who bought one also bow hunt with compounds. It's another tool same reason I pull out a black powder pistol to hunt. With just another challenge to do.

That is why it will take two years , can't teach it unless 3 years experiance hasn't been legal long enough to do that so dump in muzzleloader. When it becomes part of archery course, it will be included

And it has been my experiance that most long range shots are much closer than the person reporting said they were , most guns are far more capable than the shooter....

I just won a winchester 70 in .308 ,all engraved and fancy, I have a 45 70 and a 30.06 as well as 204 ruger ans .223,traded it for a nice fancy new crossbow, couldn't see keeping it just to have it never used...

I wouldn't unless your expecting long distance shots 400 yard plus. In my woods your lucky to get a 75 yard shot...and furthest I can shoot is 200 across largest field by me... 30.06 can do all that .and you can save.the money for a good.vacation or.bear hunt somewhere.

The problem is its a portion of the American Indians. As in every paper it has been in reference to a sports/scholastic team, same as jig is used in context so is a proper name, if I can get 25 people together and say diplomat is offensive do you change your name? Or any other word we find offensive... that is the gist of it for me.. the n word yelled at a black.man on the street is offensive and a slur, the n word in tom sawyer is period correct and not used as a slur... I can tel the difference as can 70 to 90% of American Indians that do not find the name a slur though It may be used as one ..

So every time I ask for a jig i'm asking for a Japanese nigger? I thought I wanted a fishing lure..... the context the word is used in is obviously important. How can someone ignore something so simple.. that's one example but there are many many more uses for 90% of the listed slurs that are not offensive and do no by any means mean what the definition that is listed in the chart.
