PETERBFLY
How do u post pics on this site?
WNYBuckHunter
Easiest way, especially from a smart phone is to use a photobucket account, then just copy and paste the link into the thread on here.
Meat Manager
55 cloudy with occasional swirling breeze...in my stand at my poconos cabin since 530... 0 seen but several heard on the tick pines next to me.
bush hill
I took a tractor ride out to the woods last night and smelled the distinct smell of "buck" as I entered a recently bush hogged golden rod field. Once I cleared the field and got back into the woods I spotted a fresh rub on a 3 inch diameter tree, and then to top it off I entered another recently bush hogged field and found a fresh scrape. It was pretty nice to see all this sign just as the season is about to open up. Now I gotta get some cameras closer to the action!

Jagger
Beautiful morning in 7f...In stand at 6:00...nothing yet but the woods waking up was great...very comfortable weather to sit.
phade
Live from my desk: balmy 72 degrees, still fairly dark out as they don't turn on the lights until 8ish, so I use my office lights. Seen plenty of does walk by, but they are all missing two legs and got the pass. I'm not going to get crap done this a.m. I'll make a few phone calls to schedule some meetings, etc., but that is it.

BuckeyeBrutus
Been in the stand since 6 here in 8F. Nothing but tree rats and flipping mosquitoes! Maybe I should have picked up one of those thermacell units. Anybody use one?? Good luck everyone. Let's whack em and stack em!
phade
Thermacell is probably the best dollar for dollar purchase in the hunting industry. I haven't needed it for deer season...but summer prep and turkey hunting in the spring...worth its weight in gold.
oneidacountyhunter
Grouse buzzed my head early this morning. Just had 2 turkey sneak up behind me and scare the ever living crap outta me!
