wooly
Boy, I couldn't tell you the names of the songs, and I sure as heck couldn't pronounce the band/singers names...., but one of my fondest memories looking back over 20 years now was Christmas at Grandmas. She would play her vinyl "Christmas Polka" albums over and over, again and again! If the record skipped, it didn't matter..... it all sounded like the same song to me and she was too deaf to hear it anyhow, lol Listening to todays Christmas tunes on the radio drives me about as nuts as that accordian filled, foreign language noise did way back when but she sure did know how to get that joint jumpin'! Now that I've spent the last 2 hours listning to Polish Christmas tunes on youtube....I just realized I kinda miss it,haha! covert
I'm with Lawdwaz on that Santa Baby one. It's right near the top of my least favorite. I'm partial to Bing's White Christmas. Pretty much any Christmas songs by Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, Burl Ives and Frank Sinatra.
landtracdeerhunter
Yeah, grandma use to play the piano and the whole family use to sing some classic Christmas carols back in the day. I never realized how much I enjoyed it, until later in life. Boy I sure miss grandma!

crappyice
The system we bought her looks like an old turntable and plays records. It also plas CDs and has a radio...I was pissed that she got rid of her original when selling the house but the replacement sounds pretty good.
