Brother-in-law owns a Martins route, boy he cleans up. They are great rolls!

Mussels with a beer Gorgonzola cream sauce( , onions , garlic ,Gorgonzola, bacon fat , beer )with crumbled bacon and good bread and butter. One of my favorites

The only thing better then cooking in cast iron is low and slow over campfire coals. Looks great Skillet, enjoy.
