Baby Plav’s daycare is shut down for 2 weeks because of Covid so I got a rare Thursday off to hang with him.  We checked trail cams and cooked.  I almost feel guilty posting this one.  Red wine braise

Greek chicken rolls... BSCB pounded thin. A layer of Evo soaked dried tomatoes, sliced blk. Olives, feta cheese. Drizzled with basil balsamic dressing. Rolled and drizzled with more balsamic topped with a layer of thin sliced tomato and sunflowers. Carrots ,green beans beets,and a tossed salad.

I'm not happy about it but I have had a weight problem since having kids...no matter what I do. Though you can bet I'm a,rather strong person. Just lifekolobok_wink.gif

No worries Grow. I've also had a weight problem since having a child.
I am impressed on how many veggies you get on the dinner plate and they always sound good. Something I need to be better about. Carnivore here.

Some veggies I won't eat but Mr B  loves and visa versa.. He likes cooked carrots I won't eat them..love raw..he's not big on beets...I love beets...he  likes potatoes...I can live without them. We are both  big tossed salad eaters...BTW.That was a new chicken recipe...pretty good,the dried tomatoes worked well with the feta,gave it a very rich flavor.
