Pork loin or pork butt/shoulder?  I just smoked a couple of pork loins this week and turned out awesome.

Loin.got a whole one last week to cut into chops etc.decided keep end for either a roast or pulled pork.made my decision today haha

Pork lion stuffed with onion(ran out of fresh garlic!) Rubbed with sage garlic powder,old bay. Baked potatoes with plain Greek yogurt and sprinkled with chives and bacon bits salt and pepper , baked acorn and mixed greens salad and or slaw.

Not yet. Most of the recipes I have found say smoking is the best method to make wings. I might try once the weather gets warmer and start using the grill again.
