Pan fried tender loins eggs over easy and rye toast.

Getting started on tomorrow nights dinner, this thread inspired me to whip out my sous vide machine. I’m cooking a bone in chuck roast at 129 degrees for 20 hours, gunna pull it out tomorrow night and finish on the grill. It will be a perfect medium rare and tender.

Sous vide last pack of daughters venison chops from buck last year. Little Bionics cow massage rub prior. Greens , red onions , crumbled blue cheese, port wine vinaigrette dressing

One of my most quoted lines is, “it rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again. Put the F’in lotion in the basket”-this one I use at about every little league baseball double header over the summer.
