It was good.  Sweet and smoky.  Thinking a pork loin on the smoker with this would be good.

The wife and I are in Wellsboro Pennsylvania for a couple nights, celebrating our anniversary.  Tonight we went to "The Steak House" on some strong recommendations from a couple friends down here.  I've been coming to this area for almost 35 years and never ate there. 

I had a 16oz prime rib (end cut, of course)  and my wife had a pork chop with some sexy sauce on it........both were outstanding!  Three sides from a long list of choices gave us salad, baked potato and green beans. Even those were great.

What a great meal............
