diplomat019
Nice. I've been watching YouTube videos on building old farm tables like the one you have. It's definitely a cool piece of furniture to have in the house

goosifer
I defrosted some seabass fillets from my offshore ocean fishing adventure link. Sauted them in butter with fresh minced parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. The texture of the fish held up very well. For side dishes, we had steamed fresh green beans sauted in butter and potato salad from the store. Sorry no pics.

growalot
It was great! Oh so moist and the veggies were cooked but firm and I made peas as well. The left overs will be great sandwiches and stock for soup.
kpkot
Simmering a pot of venison chili. Also has some venison sausage in it. Recipe called for 12oz of beer. I threw in some local big ditch low bridge ale in. Should be ready in a couple hours.
turkeyfeathers
kpkot, you ever try a half cup of white sugar in your chili ? I make our chili spicy and add sugar. You get spice up front followed by a little sweet.
