so, were you able to taste the quality?

It is better than other fast food burgers, like McDonald's Burger King Wendy's etc. Maybe different meat or something? Never looked into it, but it's always been the case.

In and out Burgers have a huge following out here. Crazy long lines and simple menu of burger or cheeseburger fries and milkshakes that's it. Unless you get "animal style"

I marinated a couple bone-in chicken breasts in low sodium soy sauce for a few hours, then sprinkled with a little sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, and cracked black pepper. Grilled them up and had some yellow squash on the side.

No pic, sorry.

Thanksgiving in July. Roasted half of the jake I shot on opening morning. Sat in a brine overnight then rubbed with garlic and herb butter (rosemary, thyme, and sage). Next time i'll do the breast and thighs separate. Half a bird is way too much for just me and the wife. Came out great though!!!
