In the gym 5 or 6 days a week.

2 days I wear a 45 pound vest and do 45 minutes spread out over a stair climber, Jacobs Ladder, rower and treadmill.then I do 10 minutes of hitting tractor tires with a sledge hammer and flipping them.

The other days I do Kettlebells, chin ups, push ups, rope climbs , farmers walk things like that, mix them up .

Oh Sat. Is deadlift day and power cleans.
