Bee Hive!!

Fortunately for us, all inhabitants were deceased. 

 

The window is 23" wide, the hive was at least 10-12" deep..........the crew installing the windows MIGHT have been slowed down if the bees were still kicking but probably not much as they are a pretty tough bunch. (I'd have needed the rest of the day off!!)

 

The window in question was a 117" wide 5 light bow.

Had one about that size under the front steps, wife got stung by the yellow hornets and we spent last Sunday at the hospital, I got stung when we got home trying to kill off the hive with  the bee wasp spray. it took 3 bottles and a rake to finally get them all.
