So far Mad Max is kicking butt over Renevent I think it's 5 to 1. Saw both. Don't get it , Mad Max fair at best. Renevent was excellent

Mad Max was a terrible movie and a serious insult to the original. This one had strong 'wimmim' in it, so that's why it's getting the nods.

The Walking Dead got postponed on DVR til tonight as mama wanted to watch the awards. She owns "the thang" so I obliged.

I saw "Mad Max - Fury Road" and wasn't impressed. It was non stop action and violence . Not much of a story .

I think it was Paul Newman that said the Oscars is a bunch of bull.   How many more  movies  do you suppose are going to be remade? And why are people going to see the same  movie?
