I read that she got charged with a felony for that. I agree she's not smart, but if convicted, she'll have a felony record for life for this. That seems too extreme for a cardboard license plate.

I think the felony was attached to the other laundry list of problems they found after she was pulled over.

She did get a list of tickets/charges, but the WHAM article I read said the felony charge was for forging the plates.

 

It just seems extreme to me. Can't vote, can't own a gun, probably won't be able to get any good job if she's a convicted felon. She's an idiot, but I don't think her life should be forever altered for a cardboard plate.

 

X2 on the idiocy though, it's freaking winter. Did she think that was going to hold up for more than a day or two? Looks like she was actually smart enough to not go through the car wash though...

My uncle drove a truck in NJ with a deck of lucky strikes on the dash for years instead of an inspection sticker. It was a simpler time

Seen that on my Fox news app. Think they said the front plate was missing, and when she got pulled over that's when they noticed the fake back plate!!! Some people never cease to amaze me!!

Could have gone to a yard sale and picked up an old plate, painted it appropriately and carefuly, and would still be driving illegally today. Used to be a big Springville flea market every Wednesday if i recall correctly...uh oh..just gave some people ideas...
