I'm also looking into suspension relief straps. My understanding is when hanging in a harness for more than ten minutes things could get ugly for your circulation. I always went by the idea of staddling the tree and cutting the harness then shimmying down. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Tree Spider Livewire. take a look.

I know,  I’m the last person that should correct spelling or grammar !

It didn’t really come out as pleasant as I wanted .

Ive seen it spelled all kinds of ways and seldom capitalized, really just wanted to share, that it is the name of a dentist who popularized the knot, while he was president of some mountaineering club .

Now I’m sure nobody will capitalize it, that’s what I would do ......

Might do,well for stand hunters .

n addition, Apple said the Series 4 Apple Watch will also be able to detect when someone falls — and can tell the difference between a trip and a fall. If it detects a fall and the user doesn’t respond in a minute, it’ll automatically call for help. This feature may be especially attractive to older people or those with elderly parents worried about falling when no one is around to help.

HSS vest for me just clips on like a life vest has nice deep pockets and can attach right to a tree strap.  I only hunt ladder stands now but do a lot of standing vs sitting and this is quite comfy

How does that work out in super cold weather or rain?  You still wear it outside all your clothes?

yeah most of the time I have the HSS on the outside of my bow jacket but in the rain I have put it inside and through the little back hole because that HSS fabric absorbs water and takes forever to dry... don't get too upset with me though because I don't wear a harness during gun season as I'm usually sitting 100% of the time

Well heck if you're on the ground 100% of the time you'd be a fool to wear a harness now wouldn't you?

Same as you'd be a fool to spend 30 seconds in a tree without one.........
