LaPierre has been there forever. Maybe it's time to drain that swamp too!

North has apparently been involved with Ackerman McQueen and has taken cash from them.  He also wanted to be paid to be President of the NRA, which has never been a paid job.  Sounds as if he is trying to ply more power and money out of the NRA.  Not a good idea for him to push.  

When you demand someone resign, or you will put out a letter that will damage the entire NRA, you do not belong in the position of President of that organization, especially when the things that were going to be in the letter have not been proven to be true.

Not saying Wayne LaPierre is pure as fresh snow, but North is going about things the wrong way here.  If he feels he no longer agrees with the NRA's management, he should be the one resigning, especially when they can simply not nominate him for a 2nd term, which they have now done.

Between this, the lawsuits, and many hardcore gun guys hating the NRA ( Negotiating Rights Away ) .

Wayne needs to  go but his Golden Parachute pays him seven figures even when he’s gone . They’re also chartered in NYS and Cuomo is going after them too . 

The whole Ackerman McQueen thing needs investigating , and the antis are using that to challenge the NRA’s tax exempt status as well .

The whole Ackerman-McQueen relationship has always been a pile of stink with multi millions of dollar billings and no accountability....this has been in the press many times.

Wayne is hunting buddies with the Ackerman rep that handles all the NRA stuff for years and years, Tony Makris.

Makris has had a few TV shows centered on African hunting that I'm familiar with and is a noted expert on paradox guns of the turn of 20th century.

Not sure why NRA thinks all the sudden they need accounting.

Theres a book that covers much of this published several years ago, and all kinds of backroom whispers centered around the SCI convention where many of the players attend.

The guy's been there as long as I can remember.  I honestly think LaPierre died a number of years ago and what we see on TV is a wax replica of him with some sort of remote control mouth movement and speaking ability.
