New Hunter

Hey there,

Completely new hunter who relocated from the City to Putnam county a few years ago.  Do quite a bit of hiking and just thought hunting would be another way to enjoy the outdoors.  Wasn't in time to do deer this season, but planning on doing spring turkeys.

Been lurking and reading up on many of the forums here, so thanks for all the advice already and thanks in advance for the future advice.

Don’t get overwhelmed by guys with land, cabins , a dozen stands and cameras and on and on . Want to kill a deer you need little more then a gun and orange vest ,ok a knife and flashlight too .
